Policies
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
- Checks: (personal or business) Must be received in advance of order (not available for web orders-call to order).
- Cash: Accepted only for pick-up orders. Do not send cash by mail. (Not for web orders-call to order).
Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.

Minimum Order
Dura Wax has a $20.00 minimum order policy on machine parts or custom orders.
Dura Wax Open Account
With approved credit, Dura Wax's payment terms are: 1% 10 days, Net 30 days.
The customer will be responsible for all finance charges and any collection fees for account balances beyond 30 days. There will be a $20.00 service fee for all returned checks. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Open Account is Not available for first-time web orders; call 800-435-5705 to request a credit application.
Performance Guarantee
We are so confident in our products, that if they fail to perform, we'll credit the entire cost to your account and ship you a replacement product FREE! Excludes special orders, vacuums, carpet machines, floor machines and equipment which are manufactured by others and covered under their warranties.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 2:30 pm CST normally ship same day. Special order items typically take longer than items stocked at our warehouse location.
Dura Wax ships to the contiguous 48 United States.
Dura Wax uses two delivery methods:
- The majority of our items are shipped via FEDEX ground.
- Large or over-sized items are shipped via common carrier.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. All merchandise is shipped from Dura Wax's nearest shipping point to anywhere in the Continental United States. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon Dura Wax's delivery to FEDEX or common carrier. If orders shipped by FEDEX or common carrier are returned to us because there is no one present to receive shipment, then all freight charges or redelivery charges are the customer's responsibility.
Damage Claims
All damage claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier. When reporting damages, please be sure to hold all packing materials for inspection. For common carrier deliveries, please inspect all packages carefully. If merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, make note of the damage on the freight bill.
Returns
No merchandise will be accepted for returns without our specific approval. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Items incorrectly ordered will be accepted for return with up to a 20% restocking charge if shipped to us pre-paid. We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number that must accompany all returned shipments.
Back Orders
If at all possible, Dura Wax will completely fill your order. At times we must back order items. We will notify you of any back orders. As soon as the item is restocked it will be shipped to you.
Cancellation Information
All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping.
Pricing Policy
The Dura Wax Company is committed to offering our customers the lowest possible price on the merchandise we carry. However, we must sometimes adjust our prices to reflect changing economic conditions. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to collect from customers, the full value of any product received unjustly due to errors or omissions on the Dura Wax website, products shipped in error or otherwise.
