Self-Crosslinking, Water-based Clear, Wood Floor Finish.
The Beauty of DuraBility+:

- One part system; no mixing or measuring needed.

- Very good slip, stain, scuff and mar resistance.
- Only 24 hours down time.
Usage:
- Directions:
- Screen entire floor with 120 grit screens until floor is uniformly dull. Sweep and vac up all dust.
- Tack floor with water-dampened towels.
- Allow floor to dry. Apply the first coat of DuraBility+ using a short nap lambswool pad on a wood block or a T-bar applicator.
- Apply 1 gallon to 500-1,000 sq. ft.
- Allow finish to dry a minimum of 4 hours for multiple coats.
- Apply a second coat or third coat to achieve your desired gloss.
- Floor is ready for light traffic in 8-12 hours and heavy traffic in 24 hours.

- If doing multiple coats, allow to dry minimum 4 hours, no longer than 6 hours. Dry time can vary due to temperature, humidity, and other conditions
